Executive Board

We are a self-run team. While we do have alumni who occasionally assist us at practices and games, the Executive Board holds most of the responsibility of coaching the team. As an E-Board, we collectively create game and practice schedules, create lineups and game plans, and organize fundraisers. All E-Board members are elected by the team and show a great sense of leadership and hold a great knowledge of the game of softball.

Tina Ilkow has been a member of Montclair Club Softball for 6 years, and has over 15 years of experience playing softball. She is a funny, passionate, and hardworking leader on and off the field.

Julia "King" Pierson has been a member of Montclair Club Softball for 2.5 years, and has over 15 years of experience playing. King is a force to be reckoned with on the mound, and at the plate.

Allie Leach has been a member of Montclair Club Softball for 5 years, and has over 15 years of experience playing softball. She loves working with her teammates and spending time with everyone on and off the field.

Ashley Tidd has been a member of Montclair Club Softball for 1 year, and has 15 years of experience playing the sport. Although she is young, Ashley has already proven herself with being named the 1st Team All-Region Catcher her rookie year.
